Ingredients

90 grams dry rolled oats
35 grams coconut flakes
125 grams almond/nut butter
70 grams ground flaxseed
95 grams chocolate chips (or non-dairy substitute)
240 grams honey
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  • Stir all ingredients together in a large bowl until combined.

  • Roll into balls or press them into a pan and cut into bars.
