Ingredients

1 packet of your favourite ramen noodles
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 teaspoon sriracha or your favourite chilli sauce, or more to taste
1 tablespoon chopped peanuts
1 tablespoon chopped spring onion

Directions

  • Prepare 1 packet of your favourite flavour of ramen noodles as directed on the package.
  • Remove noodles from heat. Drain off most of the liquid from the noodles. Stir in peanut butter and sriracha or your favourite chilli sauce.
  • Top with peanuts and spring onion and serve immediately.
