Ingredients

340 grams canned chickpeas
5 tablespoons Greek yoghurt (full fat or non-dairy substitute)
1 tablespoon tahini
0.5 lemon
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients and blend well. Taste as you go!
  • Blend thoroughly for a smooth consistency, and less for a more chunky spread.

Try on a sandwich or with pitta chips or vegetable sticks.
